  Disfrutamos mucho la estancia y la libertad del hostal, además de la sensación de estar en casa, no en un Hotel. Muy amable el trato y la información. El lugar limpio, sobrio, austero pero adecuado para el precio. La ubicación, inmejorable. Muy buena relación Calidad-Precio. Definitivamente regresaríamos.

  Tuve una habitación con la ventana mirando a la calle. Había equipos de basureros en tres periodos de tiempo distintos que no me dejaron dormir bien por varias horas por la madrugada. Aparte de eso, es un buen hostal por el precio.

  Estoy muy satisfecha. Recomendable 100% La ubicación muy buena y tranquila pese a ser el centro. La atención muy buena y la habitación nada vieja en apariencia. Comentar que el baño si que está más descuidado pero claro, hay que entender que son pisos viejos, no podemos esperar un hidromasaje... Repetiré, sin duda Muy contenta también con la calefacción

  Me gustó mucho nada más entrar el olor a limpio y lo agradable del señor que nos recibió, y otra cosa es la buena ubicación del Hostal porque lo tienes todo cerca. Lo que me disgustó un poco fue que a la mesita de noche le faltaran los cajones,creo que eso estropeó un poco mi buena impresión. Desconozco como eran las otras habitaciones, por lo demás no tengo quejas.

  nosotros pagamos por el hostal servantes, pero nos movieron a otro hostal sin darnos razon alguna. Estoy calificando este otro hostal, el cual no me acuerdo del nombre. Este hostal no tiene ascensor ni aire acondicionado. Recomiendo coger el hostal Dulcinea. Nosotros nos quedamos las primeras noches en ese hostal y fue muy bueno, limpio, y a buen precio. El hostal dulcinea es el mejor hostal en Madrid.

  El personal muy atento y el hostal Cervantes aparentemente cuidado. Digo "aparentemente" porque solo vimos la recepción. No nos gustó que nos cambiasen de hostal sin avisarnos alegando que eramos muchas personas. Nos mandaron al hostal Casanova (de categoría interior) pero no nos quejamos porque estaba muy limpio y el propietario también se portó muy bien. Mi valoración es del Casanova.

  Christian is so nice and helpful and friendly. Hostal Cervantes is very cozy, in a great location, with comfortable rooms. We were pleased to stay here and will recommend to friends.

  Great location for museums and local bars, quiet, staff helpful, bathroom tiny so if you're 5ft 10 up you might have difficulty sitting on the loo as your knees will be crushed against the wall! A fan would have been nice. Would recommend despite that.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in early. Room was standard for low-scale hotel, but there was a little terrace overlooking a relatively quiet street, which was nice. Bathroom is quite small. Overall a good hotel for the value.

  We highly recommend Hostal Cervantes. Christian was really great, and we ended up with the apartment -- which couldn't have been better. Fabulous location!!

  Good place to stay for the cost. Great location: close to metros, the Prado, train station, etc. Staff was really nice and helpful. Only downfall was that we were placed in an apartment two streets away that was not connected to the Hostel. A little uncomfortable with getting used to this idea, but still worked out great. Would stay here again.

  No nonsense clean rooms in a terrific neighborhood for seeing the Prado, Reina Sofia, and Thyssen museums as well as being close to wonderful bars for tapas and, my favorite, a vegetarian grocer and buffet-style cafe. Although it's not on a subway line, it's only a short walk through down an interesting street to the station. Taxi queue is around the corner at the Palace Hotel.

  Positivo: bem localizado, PC com internet í  disposição, bom preço. Contra: wireless deficiente, não arrumam quarto no domingo, não trocam toalhas nos outros dias (só varrem e arrumam a cama). O próprio atendente que faz o serviço de camareiro. Mas é limpo e barato. Ficaria novamente no hostal.

  A very good choice if you want to be close to the Prado and the Reina Sofia museums. The Calle Cervantes is one of a cluster of old streets, narrow and cool. But be warned the adjacent six storey block has been torn down and is being reconstructed, aprocess that will last for another two years, i.e.until 2011.
