Uno de los Hostales de Madrid con mas encanto, situado en pleno centro de Madrid, frente al Congreso de los Diputados, a un minuto de los principales museos de la ciudad y de numerosos puntos de visita, Sol, Neptuno, Atocha, Plaza de Santa Ana, Huertas... El hostal Armesto se ubica en una calle tranquila del centro, una excelente zona para un hostal en Madrid y cuenta con numerosas comodidades que harán que su estancia en la ciudad sea muy agradable, las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien cuidadas con baños nuevos totalmente reformados. El personal es amable y le guiará en todo lo que necesite saber sobre la ciudad, sin duda se trata de una buena elección para disfrutar de todas las atracciones de la ciudad.

Muy bellas las habitaciones. La sensacion de la plastica sobre las camas nos molestaba, y tambien (pero no tanto) las voces que se oian desde el corridor y desde la habitacion del piso superior al nuestro, Si pudiera ofrecer el desayuno seria mas conveniente.

el hostal está muy céntrico para ir andando a todos los sitios turísticos. Está limpio y bastante silencioso aunque necesite una pequeña reforma. El mando de la TV no funcionaba muy bien y casi no podías cambiar de canal.

El hostal (aunque en la puerta pone pension), esta muy bien situado. tiene buena limpieza y el sitio es bastante tranquilo. del personal del hotal-pension, poco puedo decir, ya que solo lo vimos a la hora de llegar y a la hora de irnos para recoger las maletas que las dejamos alli todo el dia, pero son muy educados.

Davvero ottima posizione a 5 min dal museo Thyssen e dal Prado, 10 da piazza Mayor. Inoltre in 30' di metro si è in aeroporto. Camere graziose e pulite e personale molto disponibile. Unica pecca le pareti molto sottili, quindi se si ha la sfortuna di trovarsi dei vicini maleducati sembrerí di averli che urlano in camera. Tolto questo piccolo neo davvero consigliato.

Really nice hotel. It's in the center of Madrid, but the neigbourhood isn't overcrowded and has a nice atmosphere. The staff wasn't there often, but apart from some toilet paper we hardly had to ask any service since they already gave it before we asked. Highly recommended!

La verdad es que me sorprendió mucho. La entrada no parece un hostal, es la entrada a un edificio normal en una callecita - es más, te puedes pasar la entrada sin darte cuenta facilmente. Una vez dentro el hostal es muy pequeñito pero muy acogedor, muy limpio, el personal muy amable y lo que más me sorprendió es que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y por supuesto, televisor. La situación también es excelente, a 5 minutos de la Puerta del Sol y a escasos metros del Museo Thyssen y Museo del Prado. Muy buena calidad-precio.

Muy bien hostal. The bed was a bit too small for two, and also too soft/old. But further the pension was really very very nice, quite and clean. Very close siuated to the shops, plaza mayor, metro, pubs etc. etc.

Très bien situé, í 2 pas des 3 principaux musées et de l'animation de la place Santa Anna. Ma chambre avait une grande fenêtre qui donnait sur de la verdure. Wifi, clim et ventilateur au plafond. Un petit frigo ne serait pas de trop, ainsi qu'un téléphone.

Clean with good shower and plenty of hot water. Quiet room, a bit dated but didn't spend much time in it and it's an old building. Good beds but squeaky. Excellent location. Don't be put off by the entrance. Excellent value. Good staff.

Muy bien situado y tranquilo, cerca de la Plaza del Neptuno y con vista al Congreso de los Diputados. El personal es muy disponible. Lo unico es que las camas no son muy grandes. Primera planta sin ascensor (hay que tenerlo en cuenta si vas en silla de ruedas, de todas maneras la escalera es bastante amplia). Calidad/precio genial!

El recibimiento fue cordial, nos sacó de varias dudas que teniamos a nuestra llegada a Madrid. Limpieza excelente en las habitaciones. No hay ruidos desde el exterior, aunque desafortunadamente todos los ruidos interiores se escuchan mucho. La localización dentro de Madrid, excelente, muy recomendable.

Fantastic budget hotel. Immaculately clean, plenty of hot water. Very peaceful and quiet and in a superb location within easy walking distance of many major attractions. Also many local bars and tapas around with great food. An ideal base if you want a clean, simple room.

La ubicación del hostal es buena, ya que está cerca de Sol y de Atocha. La foto no se corresponde con la realidad, por lo menos de nuestra habitación. El hostal es correcto pero mucho más antiguo de lo que parece en la imagen.

schön eingerichtet, sauber, Bad absolut o.k., haben leider statt des vorbestellten Zimmers in den Garten, das Zimmer auf die StraíŸe bekommen, grds. kein Problem, allerdings zu der Zeit unglücklicherweise Baustelle (Telefonica) vor dem Haus. Preis/ Leisgung insg. absolut o.k., Zimmer nicht groíŸ aber ausreichend, wir hatten eins mit zwei separaten Betten, dadurch gröíŸer, für einen Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen wie bei uns empfehlenswert. Cafes um die Ecke, Frückstück kein Problem somit.

The bed mattresses were a little questionable, but otherwise, the hostel was absolutely amazing. Great location, it was clean and the staff friendly. We paid less and received breakfast at other hostels we stayed at while in Spain, which is why I rated the value a little lower than the perfect 10. All said and done, I highly recommend staying here.
